DC110 Water Based Epoxy Primer
DC110 is a high-quality, two-component coating that penetrates deeply into the substrate, sealing the surface and providing increased adhesion with subsequent layers. This product is used as the primer coat in EPIC DC Deck coating systems. EPIC DC110 has high chemical resistance and excellent bonding characteristics.
DC900 Flexible deck coating base
DC900 is a single-component, liquid-applied polyurethane waterproofing coating used as a base coat in most of Epic’s polyurethane deck coating systems. This low-odor membrane exhibits high resilience to expansion and contraction, providing the flexibility needed to accommodate various building stresses. It provides 100% contact with the substrate to eliminate migratory water problems and is designed for demanding exterior applications.
DC910 deck coating broadcast binder
Epic DC910 is a highly durable polyurethane coating designed to receive aggregate in Epic Exterior Deck Coating systems. This product exhibits excellent coating ability and adhesive properties when used as a broadcast base. Designed for use prior to the application of Epic DC920 Topcoat.
DC920 Exterior DeCK topcoat
Epic DC920 is a high quality polyurethane product used as the topcoat in the Epic Exterior Deck Coating System. This product features excellent weather and water resistance and can be used in many different applications, including balconies, parking decks and any other areas where a high abuse and wear-resistant surface is desired.
Epic DC920 can be used alone as a protective and UV resistant maintenance coating or can also be used in conjunction with Epic 900 series exterior products such as DC900 Flexible Deck Coating Base and Epic DC910 Deck Coating Broadcast Binder. When used in conjunction with elastomeric base membranes, such as the DC 900 Flexible Deck Coating Base, the system contracts and expands with variation in temperatures to accommodate movement.
