DC330 Urethane Topcoat - High Gloss

EPIC DC330 is a two component aliphatic polyurethane coating that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering, and UV stability. Recommended for auto service centers, warehouses, computer rooms, laboratories, aircraft hangers, cafeterias, exterior tanks, indoor or outdoor service and chemical exposure areas. Exhibits low odor. Available in clear coat and colors. Colors can be factory blended only.

DC340 Urethane Topcoat - Semi Gloss

EPIC DC340 is a two component semi-gloss polyester/aliphatic polyurethane coating that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering, and UV stability. Recommended for auto service centers, warehouses, computer rooms, laboratories, aircraft hangers, cafeterias, and chemical exposure areas. Recommended as a topcoat in the EPIC Shop Floor Decorative Coating System. Exhibits low odor.  Available in clear coat and colors. Colors are factory blended only.

DC350 Urethane Topcoat - Water Based High Gloss

DC350 is a water-based, two component high-gloss aliphatic polyurethane floor sealer that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering, and UV stability. Recommended for auto service centers, warehouses, computer rooms, laboratories, aircraft hangers, cafeterias, and chemical exposure areas. Also for use as high-grade sealer on concrete and self-leveling cement products. Exhibits low odor. Available in clear coat and colors. Colors can be factory blended or blended on site using DC350 pigment packs. Pigment Pack colors are available in Beige, Black, Brown, Blue and Light Blue, Light Grey, Medium Grey, Dark Grey, Fazor Tan, SE Camel, Tan, Off White, and White.

DC370 Moisture Cured Urethane Sealer - High Gloss

DC370 is a one component moisture cured polyurethane (HDI based) floor coating/sealer that exhibits superior characteristics for abrasion resistance and chemical resistance.  This product has good UV stability. Recommended for showrooms, warehouses, laboratories, cafeterias, and most indoor chemical exposure areas with regard to concrete or cement. Exhibits moderate odor.  Available in clear coat only.

COVERAGE PER GALLON: 320 to 800 square feet @ 2-5 mils wet thickness

DC390 Water based Urethane Topcoat

EPIC DC390 is a bio-based urethane topcoat with excellent thermal shock capabilities. This product is normally applied on top of EPIC DC380 Urethane Slurry Coat which has been broadcast with aggregate. Exhibits excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Functions as the Topcoat in the Epic Urethane Slurry System. Normal usage applications include food and beverage processing facilities, chemical processing facilities, commercial and industrial kitchens as well as freezers and coolers. Exhibits low to no odor. Available in clear, grey, red and tan.

COVERAGE PER KIT: The standard kit typically yields 160-170 square feet per kit over 20/40 broadcast.

DC400 High Performance Urethane Topcoat

EPIC DC400 is a very high quality aliphatic urethane floor finish that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering and UV stability. The product is available in clear or can be colored at site with pigment. DC400 is designed for use in a wide variety of applications. Excellent in hospitals, auto service centers, warehouses, retail, laboratories, aircraft hangers, cafeterias, and some chemical exposure areas. Kit includes aluminum oxide aggregate which provides greater durability and a semi-gloss finish. This product exhibits low to no odor. Available with or without DC400 Aggregate. Available in clear coat and colors. Colors can be blended on site using DC400 pigment packs. Pigment Packs available in Beige, Black, Brown, Light Blue, Dark Grey, Light Grey, Medium Grey, Off White, SE Camel, Tan, Tile Red, White.

(a gallon kit + pigment = approximately 1.1 gallons and yields 560 square feet actual coverage per colored kit.

DC410 Novolac Epoxy Topcoat

EPIC DC410 is a  two component colored high solids novolac epoxy coating designed for application where splash and spills of acids, chemicals, and solvents occur. Recommended as a high build topcoat in traffic areas, chemical troughs and curbs as well as tanks and chemical spill areas for cement masonry or brick. Also used as topcoat in the Epic Urethane Slurry system.  Available in clear coat and light grey, medium grey, and tile red.

COVERAGE PER GALLON: 90-100 square feet per gallon @ 16-18 mils

DC440 HIGH BUILD EPOXY- LOW VISCOSITY

EPIC DC440 is a specially formulated high build / low viscosity epoxy. This versatile product has a unique combination of excellent body and deep penetrating action, allowing it to be used in multiple applications and substrate types. Excellent for use as a body coat for broadcast systems, such as flake and other decorative aggregates and also doubles as durable and attractive topcoat. DC440 is recommended for warehouses, kitchens, restrooms, and other areas where either a high build, high body, clear coat is desired. Low to no odor formulation.

COVERAGE PER GALLON: 150-200 square feet per gallon @ 12-18 mils

DC450 High Build Epoxy UV

EPIC DC450 is a high-build, clear coat epoxy which is fortified with UV resistant additives, which provide greater resistance to yellowing from sunlight and UV exposure. This product can be used as a clear base for decorative broadcast systems such as quartz and other aggregates. Also excellent for use as a grout coat over a broadcast base such as flake or quartz. Often used in environments where hygiene is critical, such as hospitals and health care facilities. Available in clear only. Exhibits low to no odor.

DC855 ESD URETHANE TOPCOAT

Epic DC855 ESD is a two-component aliphatic polyurethane floor coating that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering, UV stability, and static dissipative properties. The electro-conductive powders used retain their conductive properties regardless of temperature or humidity and perform in any environment. Recommended for computer rooms, laboratories, aircraft hangers, exterior tanks, indoor or outdoor service, and chemical exposure areas and can be used on concrete, cement, brick, masonry, or metal.

EPIC DC920 is a one-component high quality product used as the topcoat in the Epic Exterior Deck Coating System.
