DC380SL Water-Based self-leveling URETHANE Cement

EPIC DC380SL is a bio-based urethane slurry coat that has outstanding wear performance and can withstand higher heat exposures than typical unmodified urethanes. The product has good thermal shock capabilities and is a good choice for hot wash-down areas. The product is resistant to MVT and withstands moderate thermal shock, impact, abrasion, and chemical exposures. Recommended for resurfacing areas where a durable shock-resistant surface is needed such as commercial kitchens, restrooms, and locker rooms, food prep areas, and food and beverage facilities. Exhibits low to no odor. Available in clear, grey, red, and tan.

EPIC DC380M Water-Based Urethane Cement Mortar

EPIC DC380M is a three or four component (dependent on color) trowel-applied urethane mortar that has outstanding wear performance and can withstand higher heat exposures than typical unmodified urethanes. The product has good thermal shock capabilities and is a good choice for hot wash-down areas. The product is resistant to fungi growth and withstands moderate thermal shock, impact, abrasion and chemical exposures. DC390 Water-based Urethane Topcoat

EPIC DC390 is a bio-based urethane topcoat with excellent thermal shock capabilities. This product is normally applied on top of EPIC DC380 Urethane Slurry Coat which has been broadcast with aggregate. Exhibits excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Functions as the Topcoat in the Epic Urethane Slurry System. Normal usage applications include food and beverage processing facilities, chemical processing facilities, commercial and industrial kitchens as well as freezers and coolers. Exhibits low to no odor. Available in clear coat, grey, red and tan.

EPIC DC385 is a high-strength, epoxy mortar designed for cove base applications. Scientifically formulated with specially selected aggregates and resins, DC395 exhibits superior abrasion and abuse resistance. Comes packaged in a complete kit which contains all components, including resin, hardener, aggregate and tint.

DC395 URETHANE Cove Base

Epic DC395 is a high quality urethane cement product designed for creating a cove transition between floors and walls and is most often used in combination with urethane cement slurry systems such as Epic DC380. It is specially formulated for use in demanding environments where hygiene and continuous wash down are the norm. Typical usage areas include commercial kitchens, beverage facilities, locker rooms, food processing and bathrooms. DC395 can withstand thermal shock, impact, abrasion and chemical exposure and is resistant to fungi growth per industry standard ASTM G-21.
