DC300 POLYASPARTIC COATING - Fast CURE

EPIC DC300 is a solvent based two component 85% solids polyaspartic aliphatic urethane clear coating. It has an exceptionally quick tack free time of around 1-3 hours for foot traffic. This material can be used as the base coat and the topcoat over several different decorative systems, including Epic Flake, Epic Quartz, Epic Metallic or most other decorative systems. EPIC DC300 has excellent chemical resistance, hardness, abrasion resistance, UV stability and has an excellent clear gardner color. Recommended for areas where a thin/medium build clear coat is desired over a broadcast system and installation downtime is very limited. This product is suitable as a thin/medium build coating. Exhibits moderate odor. Solid colors can be blended on site using DC Polyaspartic pigment packs. Available colors:  Beige, Black, Brown, Dark Grey, Fazor Tan, Light Grey, Medium Grey, Off White, SE Camel, Tan, Tile Red or White. Metallic colors can be added using Epic Metallic Pigment Powder. DC320 POLYASPARTIC COATING - Regular CURE

EPIC DC320 is a two-component polyaspartic aliphatic coating that can be used as the base coat and the topcoat over several different decorative systems, including Epic Flake, Epic Quartz, Epic Metallic, and most other decorative systems. This product is excellent for use in sensitive environments, as it has virtually no odor. Beneficial working characteristics such as excellent flow and workability, along with a longer working time of 20-25 minutes, set this product apart from the competition. DC320 also features high chemical resistance, hardness, abrasion resistance, UV stability, and excellent clarity. Recommended for areas where a medium build broadcasted floor is desired. DC320 is suited for a wide variety of applications, such as garage floors, kitchens, countertops, restrooms, warehouses, laboratories, cafeterias, and retail locations. Available in clear or can be colored on-site using Epic Polyaspartic Pigment Packs. Available colors: Beige, Black, Brown, Dark Grey, Fazor Tan, Light Grey, Medium Grey, Off White, SE Camel, Tan, Tile Red or White. Metallic colors can be added using Epic Metallic Pigment Powder.  DC440 High Build Epoxy LV

DC440 is a specially formulated high build / low viscosity epoxy. This versatile product has a unique combination of excellent body and deep penetrating action, allowing it to be used in multiple applications and substrate types. Excellent for use as a body coat for broadcast systems, such as flake and other decorative aggregates and also doubles as durable and attractive topcoat. DC440 is recommended for warehouses, kitchens, restrooms, and other areas where either a high build, high body, clear coat is desired. Available in clear only. Low to no odor formulation.

DC450 High Build Epoxy UV

EPIC DC450 is a high-build, clear coat epoxy which is fortified with UV resistant additives, which provide greater resistance to yellowing from sunlight and UV exposure. This product can be used as a clear base for decorative broadcast systems such as quartz and other aggregates. Also excellent for use as a grout coat over a broadcast base such as flake or quartz. Often used in environments where hygiene is critical, such as hospitals and health care facilities. Exhibits low to no odor.

Epic DC600 Vertical

Epic DC600 Vertical is a two component water based epoxy coating that is specifically designed for vertical applications. This product can be applied up to 8 mils per coat without sagging. DC600 Vertical exhibits chemical resistance and abrasion resistance and is recommended for priming or coating a variety of substrates, including concrete, wood, masonry, building panels and many other surfaces.

DC910 Exterior Polyurethane Body Coat

DC910 is a highly durable polyurethane coating designed to receive aggregate in Epic Exterior Deck Coating systems. This product exhibits excellent coating ability and adhesive properties when used as a broadcast base. Designed for use prior to the application of Epic DC920 Exterior Topcoat.
